Norway Chess 2025 Tournament, Gukesh Achieved A Historic Victory, And Won Hearts.

When D. Gukesh defeated World Number One Magnus Carlsen in the "Chess Championship 2025" played in Norway. Then perhaps Magnus Carlsen could not digest his defeat, he punched the board with full force.

Everyone was surprised to see this. Perhaps Magnus Carlsen did not expect this defeat today. But it happened.

But Gukesh was calm, he looked surprised, but was happy from within. After the match, Magnus Carlsen left from there, but Gukesh stood there stunned.

And why not, even today we remember that after becoming the World Champion, when Gukesh was congratulated and asked "Is he the best player now?" So Gukesh said that "It is not like that, it is possible that he won today but the number one player is Magnus Carlsen". Today when Gukesh defeated Magnus Carlsen, that happiness is visible on his face. Which was not there on his face even after becoming the world champion. He showed that what people were calling him "the weakest world champion" is not true.

But after all this happened, the respect for Gukesh increased even more.

He came towards the board calmly, collected the chess board which was scattered after Magnus Carlsen punched him, put his players in place, bowed to the board and left from there.

This simplicity shows the respect that chess has for Gukesh. The balance that was there in the game was the same even after winning. Gukesh shows that whether you win or lose, you must respect the game.

I remember the moment when a cricket player threw away his bat after losing the match.
Then Mr. Sachin Tendulkar, known as the God of Cricket, told him that "It doesn't show how disappointed you are, but it shows how much you respect the game."

Today Gukesh has proved that he respects the game more than himself.

Many congratulations to you Gukesh.
